We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They assisted us with our plans and even helped us get to a nearby restaurant during inclement weather. The location of the hotel was also ideal, as it was close to the main street, making transportation very convenient. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic with a range of delicious options. These factors made our stay truly enjoyable.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The personal service at this hotel was outstanding. The owners and staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They took the time to help us plan our activities and even drove us to a restaurant when the weather conditions were difficult. Their attention to detail and care for their guests made us feel like we were staying with friends rather than at a hotel.
Honestly, we couldn't find anything to complain about during our stay. All aspects of this hotel, from the friendly staff to the basic amenities provided, were satisfactory.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. They were incredibly helpful, offering assistance with planning my activities and even driving me to a nearby restaurant when the road was too slippery. It was clear that they genuinely cared about the well-being of their guests. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, situated close to the main street and with easy access to attractions like the waterfall. Plus, the rooms offered lovely views of the surroundings. On top of all that, the breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
All in all, everything was unremarkable.

We spent our New Year's Eve in a hotel in the Black Sea region. the hotel was situated in an excellent location and had a beautiful view of the mountains. the staff was helpful and polite. They offered a delicious, well-prepared buffet dinner, and there was a lot of entertainment during the night, including live music and a belly dance show. the fireworks at midnight were also fantastic.
The hotel room was not clean, and the bed sheets had a strange smell. the room was small and uncomfortable, and the furniture was old and shabby.

The open buffet breakfast was extremely rich and delicious. The A'La Carte restaurant offered cheaper and more delicious food than other options in town. The owners and staff were attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with our plans and transportation. The location was convenient, especially during the winter with easy access to the hotel.
Nothing could have been better.

The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to both the town center and natural attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations, particularly in terms of the furniture. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel instantly welcomed. Lastly, the rooms had beautiful views, allowing me to wake up to stunning scenery every morning. It was truly a lovely and relaxing stay.
There was one minor issue, but overall everything was great.
